Returns

Technology Advantage recommends that you consider registering and insuring your goods with your chosen courier before consignment, for return to us. Any loss/damage of returned equipment will not be covered by Technology Advantage.

Defective Equipment

If, within 7 days of delivery, any item purchased from Technology Advantage is found to have manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Technology Advantage will exchange or repair it.

Please ensure the following

• you contact Technology Advantage prior to returning the product to advise details
• goods are returned in original condition with their original packaging
• goods are accompanied by your original receipt
• goods are not damaged in transit
• you pay for return delivery costs

Please Note: If upon examination, the item is found not to be defective then you will be charged a $60.00 inspection fee and Technology Advantage will return the item with delivery being at your cost.

Change of Mind

You are welcome to exchange your product or get a credit in the event that you change your mind as long as the goods are returned in saleable condition with all original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied and customer is to pay all return delivery costs (Any loss/damage of returned equipment will not be covered by Technology Advantage.)

Technology Advantage - Delivery Policy

Freight Costs ($AUD)

Once payment has been made please allow 3-5 working days to receive your product in Australia (via an allocated techadvantage.com courier company)

We have worked very hard to provide you the most competitive freight options available to us. We have based our freight calculations based on the purchase amount and delivery destination

1) Freight rates applicable when you spend more than the Minimum Purchase Amount and product weight is less than 25Kgs, based on delivery destination

• Zone 1 - Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba Regional Area Freight - Minimum Purchase Amount $100 - Freight is FREE for less than 25Kgs - Over 25Kgs We will contact you.
• Zone 2 - Sunshine Coast to Mackay - Minimum Purchase Amount $250 - Freight is $20 for less than 25Kgs - Over 25Kgs We will contact you.
• Zone 3 - Mackay to Cairns - Minimum Purchase Amount $300 - Freight is $25 for less than 25Kgs - Over 25Kgs We will contact you.
• National Delivery (by Road) ? We will contact you.

2) Less then Minimum Purchase amount - Delivery calculated on weight and delivery destination

• Your calculated freight is displayed during checkout is calculated from freight tables provided by our chosen couriers. You will also have the option for us to contact you.

International Orders are charged a postage and handling fee depending on the destination and weight of the package. We will contact you regarding the postage charge based on your shipping address

Please note the following points:

• For interstate, regional Australia and International customers; Freight costs may be adjusted depending on where you are situated. If required, a representative will contact you directly to discuss the freight costs for regional or interstate customers.
• Freight prices are subject to change without notice.
• For security and fraud reasons we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
• If an item is out of stock please allow 35 days to receive product due to stock availability.
• Direct pickups are available from our office in Brisbane between the hours of 10am and 4pm
